Paula Cooper, PhD


Dr. Cooper earned her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee; her M.Ed., in Educational Psychology from Marquette University, Milwaukee; and her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Marquette University, Milwaukee. Dr. Cooper is a licensed psychologist whose professional practice focuses on children and adolescents. She has over ten years of experience as an educational psychologist and counseling psychologist. Areas of interest in practice include grief, depression, anxiety, learning disability evaluations, and evidence-based treatment of behavior disorders. She has earned a Substance Abuse Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as Trauma Certification from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has received additional training to assist in the treatment of youthful sexual offenders and sexual abuse victims. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, Wisconsin Psychological Association, and National Association of School Psychologists.
